My exercise methodology employs supported, safe forms of exercise that work muscles close to failure to stimulate new growth (hypertrophy) without burning out your joints or overdosing on high intensity cardio. 

All prescribed exercise is vetted against the most current research regarding proper dosage for your population. This style of training can prevent chronic fatigue and injury in order to continuing exercising without interruption. 

Nutrition is tailored to your preferences and never based in unsupported fear mongering or demonization of certain foods.

As a certified fitness trainer and the founder of Charley Harris Fitness, I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages, from all walks of life experience a joyful and peaceful relationship with challenging but efficient exercise. Even individuals with pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or those who are in remission from serious chronic illness can experience the life changing empowerment that comes from feeling in control of exercise and your goals, rather than exercise and your goals consuming your life. I meld mind-body connectivity work from methods like pilates and yoga with the science of hypertrophy and power training, for profound physical results without  the"grindset" or exercise anxiety. I've worked with individuals from 17 to 74, some with heart conditions, auto-immune diseases, previous spinal injuries, and other challenges. I've worked with professional athletes and with people in their sixties exercising for the very first time. Wherever you are in your journey, I'll meet you there. Together, we can figure out a peaceful and easily sustainable way for you to create meaningful, lasting changes to your health and physique.
